Role Overview
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Content Writer who can craft high-quality, AI-aligned content that supports our brand, marketing, sales, and product initiatives. The ideal candidate understands technology, writes with clarity, and can use AI tools to enhance research, productivity, and content accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
- Write and edit content for websites, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and marketing campaigns.
- Create AI-focused content including chatbot scripts, product documentation, and whitepapers.
- Develop SEO-optimized articles that drive traffic and engagement.
- Work closely with marketing, sales, and delivery teams to understand project details and convert them into compelling copy.
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Jasper, Grammarly, SurferSEO, etc.) for research, ideation, and content enhancement.
- Maintain brand tone, consistency, and messaging across all communication.
- Prepare social media content, mailers, newsletters, and product descriptions.
- Conduct industry and competitor research to produce authoritative content.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong command of grammar, structure, and storytelling.
- Ability to simplify complex technical concepts, especially in AI, SaaS, and IT services.
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and keyword research.
- Familiarity with AI writing tools and prompt-engineering practices.
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or related field.
- Experience writing for IT, software development, AI, or tech companies.
- Understanding of B2B content writing and growth-focused content strategies.
